Payroll records

Payroll records keep employees, contractors, compensation categories (including configurable clergy categories such as housing allowance), pay schedules and approved payroll runs, and post them to your books.

Live payroll is not included. The Church Books does not calculate withholding, file returns, make direct deposits or produce W-2/1099 forms. Clergy and contractors have special tax rules; use a payroll provider or tax professional.
